1. Services Provided

SCS Home and Garden provides professional lawn maintenance, landscaping, and seasonal yard care. We reserve the right to refuse service to any property that poses a safety risk to our crew or equipment (e.g., excessive debris, unsecured pets, or hazardous terrain).

2. Quotes and Estimates

• Accuracy: Online or over-the-phone estimates are preliminary. Final pricing is subject to an on-site physical inspection of the property.

• Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can keep your lawn "green and pristine," we ask for your cooperation with the following:

• Access: Please ensure all gates are unlocked and any security codes are provided on the day of service.

• Pet Safety: For the safety of our team and your pets, please keep all animals indoors during our visit.

• Debris Removal: Please clear the lawn of toys, garden hoses, and pet waste prior to our arrival. SCS Home and Garden is not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless a recurring billing cycle has been established.

• Late Fees: Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee.

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Credit Cards, or Zelle.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Weather Delays: To protect the health of your turf, we do not mow in heavy rain or on saturated ground. If we miss your day due to weather, we will reschedule for the next available clear day.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a "trip fee."

6. Limitation of Liability

While we treat every lawn like our own, SCS Home and Garden is not liable for damage to:

• Unmarked underground utilities (sprinkler heads, invisible fences, cables).

• Items left in the tall grass or hidden by leaves.

• Potted plants or lawn furniture that must be moved to perform services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of SCS Home and Garden and may not be used or reproduced without our express written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
